PU5 Series Overview

The Cermate PU5 series is a 12.1-inch widescreen industrial HMI panel designed for machine operators requiring more display space than entry-level 7" panels provide — without the cost and footprint of a full 15" unit. The PU5 hits a sweet spot for medium-complexity machines: packaging lines, injection moulding presses, CNC cutting machines, and conveyor control systems.

EZware Programming

The PU5 is programmed using Cermate's EZware software — a drag-and-drop screen builder available free from Cermate. EZware includes a library of pre-built objects (buttons, sliders, gauges, trend charts, alarm lists) and a PLC driver wizard that automatically configures communication settings for all supported PLCs. Typical simple screens can be built in under an hour.
