Avalue EMX-PTLP: Thin Mini-ITX Industrial Motherboard with Intel Core Ultra Series 3

Avalue Technology has introduced the EMX-PTLP, a Thin Mini-ITX industrial motherboard powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 processors with Intel vPro® for enhanced manageability and security. The board is purpose-built for AI-driven industrial automation and embedded computing applications.

AI Performance: 180 TOPS

The EMX-PTLP delivers up to 180 TOPS of AI performance, making it one of the most capable Thin Mini-ITX industrial boards available. This makes it suitable for vision-based quality inspection, predictive maintenance systems, and AI-assisted process control on the factory floor.

Memory & Storage

The board supports up to 64GB of DDR5 7200MHz SoDIMM/CSoDIMM memory — a significant leap in data processing bandwidth over DDR4-based predecessors. Storage is handled by dual M.2 slots with support for RAID 0/1 configurations.

PCIe 5.0 & Expansion

PCIe 5.0 support doubles the bandwidth of PCIe 4.0, providing the foundation for high-speed AI accelerator cards, fast NVMe storage, and high-bandwidth peripheral integration.

Display: 4 Simultaneous Outputs up to 8K

The EMX-PTLP supports four simultaneous displays via HDMI, 3× DisplayPort (2 from USB Type-C), 1× LVDS, and eDP — with resolution support up to 8K.

• USB: 2× USB4 Type-C, 4× USB 3.2, 3× USB 2.0
