De Avalue HPM-621DE is een dual-socket EATX serverbord gebouwd op twee Intel FCLGA3647-sockets voor 1e en 2e generatie Intel® Xeon® Scalable processoren (max. TDP tot 150W elk) met de Intel® C621-chipset, ontworpen als een x86-platform met hoog aantal cores en veel opslag voor edge-servers en HPC-nodes. Met 12 x DDR4 2933/2666/2400/2133MHz RDIMM/LRDIMM tot 1,5TB, onboard TPM 2.0 en IPMI 2.0 via een ASPEED AST2500 BMC, levert het dual-socket serverprestaties in een bord van 12" x 13". Het biedt 4 x PCIe Gen3 x16, 2 x PCIe Gen3 x8 en een PCI 3.0-sleuf, een M.2 M-Key PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe, 10 x SATA III (RAID 0/1/5/10), 4 x OCuLink voor U.2, viervoudige Intel I210AT 1GbE en USB 3.2 Gen1/USB 2.0, en draait op Windows 10 IoT, Windows Server 2016/2019 of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS of nieuwer.
