L'Avalue HPM-621DE è una scheda server EATX dual-socket basata su due socket Intel FCLGA3647 per processori Intel® Xeon® Scalable di 1ª e 2ª generazione (TDP massimo fino a 150W ciascuno) con chipset Intel® C621, progettata come piattaforma x86 ad alta densità di core e ricca di storage per server edge e nodi HPC. Con 12 slot DDR4 2933/2666/2400/2133MHz RDIMM/LRDIMM fino a 1,5TB, TPM 2.0 integrato e IPMI 2.0 tramite BMC ASPEED AST2500, offre prestazioni server dual-socket in una scheda da 12" x 13". Offre 4 slot PCIe Gen3 x16, 2 slot PCIe Gen3 x8 e uno slot PCI 3.0, un M.2 M-Key PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe, 10 porte SATA III (RAID 0/1/5/10), 4 porte OCuLink per U.2, quadrupla Ethernet Intel I210AT 1GbE e USB 3.2 Gen1/USB 2.0, con supporto per Windows 10 IoT, Windows Server 2016/2019 o Ubuntu 18.04 LTS e versioni successive.
