De Nexcom APPD 1700-1 is een 17" 4:3 SXGA (1280 x 1024) industriële touchmonitor, ontworpen als tweede beeldscherm voor Nexcom NISE ventilatorloze computers, NViS-bewakingssystemen en APPC panel-pc's. Het LED-verlichte paneel levert een typische helderheid van 350 cd/m² en een contrastverhouding van 800:1 achter een 5-draads resistief vlakpaneel-touchscreen met 81% lichttransmissie. De kunststof frontrand heeft beschermingsgraad IP65 en het vlakke oppervlak is eenvoudig af te nemen voor cleanrooms, voedings- en drankproductielijnen en andere gereguleerde omgevingen. De I/O aan de achterzijde bevat drie vergrendelde video-ingangen: VGA (DB-15), DVI-D (op een DVI-I-connector) en DisplayPort, en een dubbele touch-interface (USB Type A en optioneel RS-232 op een DB-9). De voeding is 24 V DC ±20% via een 3-pins Phoenix-aansluitblok, met een optionele 24 V / 60 W AC-DC-adapter (P/N 7400060054X00). De monitor kan worden gemonteerd op paneel, wand, standaard of VESA 100 x 100 mm. OSD-bediening verloopt via een toetsenbord aan de achterzijde. De APPD 1700-1 is CE-goedgekeurd en FCC Klasse B getest, geschikt voor industriële tweede-schermtoepassingen, HMI-spiegeling en remote-displayfuncties.
