De Avalue HPM-621UA is een single-socket ATX serverbord gebouwd op de Intel FCLGA3647-socket voor 1e en 2e generatie Intel® Xeon® Scalable processoren (max. TDP tot 150W) met de Intel® C621-chipset, ontworpen als een beheersbaar, opslagrijk x86-rekenplatform voor edge-servers en HPC-nodes.

Met 6 x DDR4 2933/2666/2400/2133MHz RDIMM/LRDIMM tot 768GB, onboard TPM 2.0 en IPMI 2.0 via een ASPEED AST2500 BMC, levert het betrouwbare prestaties op serverniveau in een bord van 12" x 9,6".

Het biedt flexibele PCIe Gen3-uitbreiding (tot 3 x x16 of 6 x x8 plus een PCI 3.0-sleuf), een M.2 M-Key PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe, 9 x SATA III (RAID 0/1/5/10), viervoudige Intel I210AT 1GbE en USB 3.2 Gen1/USB 2.0, en draait op Windows 10 IoT, Windows Server 2016/2019 of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS of nieuwer.
