Con 8 x DDR5 6400MHz RDIMM / 8000MHz MRDIMM fino a 2TB, un alimentatore ATX da 1300W e IPMI 2.0 tramite BMC ASPEED AST2600, racchiude le prestazioni Xeon 6 in uno chassis di 430 x 174,8 x 528 mm.
